Terms of Service

AIM Studio is an AI-powered marketing platform that helps businesses generate content, analyse their market, and create and manage advertising campaigns. Features depend on your subscription plan and on which third-party platforms you connect.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the business you represent.

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
• Plans include usage limits (e.g., number of brands and monthly AI credits). Exceeding limits may require an upgrade.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing purposes.
• Generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or violates third-party rights.
• Violate the terms or advertising policies of connected platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Resell or expose the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan.

You retain ownership of the brand information, assets, and content you provide and generate (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload and for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintentionally similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all output before use. We make no warranty that output is original, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for decisions made based on it.

When you connect Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, or other services, your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. You authorise us to act on your behalf via their APIs to the extent you enable. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by those platforms, including ad disapprovals or account restrictions.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights or platform policies.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
